Lyndon Rego is the Global Director for the Center for Creative Leadership's Leadership Beyond Boundaries initiative, an effort to democratize leadership development in the world. The Leadership Beyond Boundaries effort, which spans some 20 countries, encompasses initiatives with youth, grassroots populations, government, entrepreneurs, and social changemakers. Lyndon has delivered leadership development, innovation, and train the trainer programs in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia for audiences ranging from government, corporate and social sector leaders to rural communities and underserved youth.
Before joining CCL in 2002, Lyndon was Director of Marketing for Lipman Hearne, a marketing/
communications consulting firm serving education and nonprofit institutions. Lyndon has an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill an MA in Communication from the University of North Dakota. He writes and speaks on issues at the intersection of social innovation, complexity, and leadership.
